Ever hit Restart instead of Shutdown under the Special menu, only to sit there waiting for all your INIT's to load before you can shutdown, again. This INIT is a way around that problem. At present it is configured so that holding down the 'end' key on an extended keyboard during startup will cause your mac to shut-down immediately. If ShutDowner is set to load first under an INIT manager, or because it has a space in-front of it's name, then it will load nice and quickly - you don't have to wait around. There is only one problem at present, if you do Shut-Down using this init, any INIT manger that was running will believe that ShutDowner has crashed and might tell you so next startup, Ignore it.
